(China Aluminum Network) Shandong Hongqiao Aluminum cooperated with an Indonesian company, has invested 1 billion dollars to build an alumina project in Indonesia which will be finish its first stage in the last quarter of this year. This project adopts Chinese process engineering; it is the largest overseas aluminum smelting project of China at present.
