China Hongqiao CEO Expects Aluminum Price May Rebound

(China Aluminum Network) Zhangbo, the CEO of China Hongqiao expects the company has ended fast expansion period and will slow down cost investment and improve capacity in the future, this year displays obvious growth. Future capital expenditure will focus on electric power and resource, the increasing of capacity can ease cash flow and debts.

He points out this industry was improving continuously since last H1, aluminum price may redounded in this year. Furthermore, thanks to the wider applications of aluminum products drives the demands, thus the aluminum industry is not over-capacity.

As to the overseas projects, Indonesian project will start production at the end of this year; Guinean project's first shipment will deliver to China in September.
