Jinan Steel excels in SBQ plate production in H1

It is reported that Jinan Steel which developed a series of different specifications, different levels of SBQ plate products through technological innovation and management innovation has been progressing very well.

Its production of SBQ plates in the first half of 2008 was 879,000 tonnes up by 50%. High grade SBQ plate volume was at 437,000 tonnes accounting for 48.9% of total SBQ plate volumes.

As per report in the past three years its SBQ plate production increased rapidly from 300,000 tonnes in 2005, the breakthrough 600,000 tonnes in 2006, the breakthrough 1.32 million tonnes in 2007.
