    Zhonghe Plans to Build Aluminum Foil Large Sheet Ingot Casting Project

    (China Aluminum Network) It is reported that owing to shortage of necessary process control Zhonghe’s existing high purity aluminum sheet ingot production lines are unable to meet the demand of electronic aluminum foil quality and the improvement of yield. In order to improve the quality of electronic aluminum foil and yield, reduce cost, the company plans to build an aluminum foil large sheet ingot casting project with annual production of 35000 tons in Gan Quanbao Industrial Park. The total planned investment is 67065.1 thousand Yuan, while 58565.1 thousand Yuan for construction, others 8500 thousand Yuan; mainly used to build 8 tons production lines and production facility.

    The company itself will raise the fund, construction cycle is 12 months. After put into production can reduce cost 16218.2 thousand Yuan, pay back period is 3.94 years (include construction cycle).

    The company stated the new project will provide high purity aluminum sheet ingot for electronic aluminum foil production line, can meet the requirements of technology and quality improvement; reverse the situation of quality fluctuation and insufficient play of capacity; enhance rate of finished products and company’s competitiveness as well.
