Mingtai Al.: Raise Funds to Setup Transportation Aluminum Profiles

(China Aluminum Network) Mingtai Al.announced will issue less than 65000 thousand private share placement, not lower than 11.2 Yuan/share to raise 750 million Yuan at most. This fund will use for the setup of 20 thousand tons transportation aluminum profiles project.

According to the introduction, this project was located at Xingyang, Henan, near to Longhai railway, Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail, Zhengzhou-Xian high-speed rail, Lianyungang-Khorgos high speed, Zhengzhou ring expressway and other main lines. This project construction period was 24 months with the total investment of 829 million Yuan. After completion will add 20 thousand tons/year of special purpose aluminum profiles, form 400 units per year of large-size components for railway car body.

Previously, Mingtai Al. has signed cooperation agreement with China Southern Locomotive and CSR Sifang. The cooperation between China Southern Locomotive benefits the improvement of overall technological level, riches product line and extends industry chain.
