July 31, Hangzhou Inter-Cultural Association was held successfully with the attendance of Wen Weijun, Standing Committee of the Municipal Government Committee& Minister of Propaganda, Zhang Jianting vice Chief Executive as well as leaders of network management in Hangzhou.
