From January to September, 16 aluminum fabrication projects invested 4.3 billion Yuan totally, occupied 22.7% for the nonferrous industry. Chinalco Qinghai branch jointed stock and implemented downstream electrolytic aluminum electrolytic deep processing projects actively. The designed capacity of under construction and completed aluminum fabrication projects in this province reached 3110 thousand tons, expected to form production capacity of 2000 thousand tons per year, an increase of 1000 thousand tons over the figure at the beginning of the year.
