Shandong's alumina producers scale back output on Chalco price cut pressure

A number of alumina producers in northern China's Shandong Province have suspended part of their production capacity after the Aluminum Corporation of China Co. Ltd. (Chalco), the country's largest alumina producer, slashed its prices.
