CHALCO NELA¡¯s 3950 Hot Roughing Mill Produced New Alloy Successfully

(China Aluminum Network) CHALCO Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd. (NELA)’s 3950mm hot roughing mill has produced new alloys days ago.

It is learned that this trial contract was a first order from customer, this kind of products with complicated specification. But in order to build long-term cooperative relationship, NELA paid high attention to this order.

According to the order, the factory decided to adopt multi batches and multi specifications joint way to conduct production. Namely, it produced plate with different thicknesses and specifications during one feeding which is a great difficulty for a factory that organize this new alloys production for first time. The factory adopted a series of quality control measures to ensure production efficiency and quality. At present, the products have delivered to the customer.
