Alcoa recognizes North America's top scrap suppliers for 2014

Pittsburgh-based aluminum major-Alcoa Inc. has recognized its top North American scrap suppliers for 2014. This is the tenth year in succession that Alcoa has named top suppliers. The list was compiled by the company’s recycling and scrap purchasing wing based on several criteria including quality, safety and volume of scrap supply to Alcoa’s multiple facilities. According to the company, association with these companies has helped to increase the use of recycled content in various products manufactured by the company.
