Canadian aluminum company intends to sell 45% holding share of Utkal Alumina International compang which is an Indian joint venture company, which is expected to complete the transaction in the second quarter of 2007.
Comprehensive news agency reported on April 12, Canadian Aluminum Corporation, (Alcan Inc), headquartered in Montreal, intended to sell 45% holding share of Utkal Alumina International compang which is an Indian joint venture company
Canadian aluminum has taken some initial steps, and it is expected to complete the transaction in the second quarter of 0907. The joint venture was founded in 1992 by Indian aluminum industry company and Canadian aluminum industry, in which the former has 55% holding share.
