3000 Thousand Tons of Aluminum Capacity Will Commissioning in H2

(China Aluminum Network) According to the data China’s primary aluminum output increased 1.2% in July compared with last month, owing to the recovery of idled capacity.

July has produced 1980 thousand tons of primary aluminum which was above the level in June; the output in July also increased 7.2% compared with the same period in last year. From January to July the aluminum output increased 7.5% to 13500 thousand tons.

Affected by the newly added output, domestic organizations expected 3000 thousand tons of aluminum capacity may put into production in H2, the figure was 1600 thousand tons in H1.
