Mr Deo Sai updates on establishment of Aluminium Park

Shri Vishnu Deo Sai the Minister of State for Mines, Steel and Labour and Employment of India has said that National Aluminium Company Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, a Public Sector Undertaking of Government of Odisha.
The MoU was signed for establishment of Aluminium Park in Joint Venture. It was signed on 19th September, 2009. Subsequently, a Joint Venture Company Angul Aluminium Park Pvt. Ltd. (AAP) was registered on 30th July, 2010. In the JV Company shareholding of IDCO & NALCO is 50.5% and 49.5% respectively.
Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has said that the setting up of the Aluminium Park will promote downstream and ancilliary industries in the State of Odisha.
