Chinalco and Gansu Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

(China Aluminum Network) Recently, Chinalco has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gansu people's government which marks both parties’ cooperation received substantiality effect.
According to the agreement, both parties will follow the principle of “stand from the present, looking ahead for the future, complement each other's advantages and mutual benefit and win-win result”, promote the reform and transformation development of Chinalco electrolytic aluminum companies in Gansu. Firstly is to enhance the project construction of coal power smelting integration in Lianhai, Lanzhou; secondly is to expand the support strength of Gansu-based Chinalco companies; thirdly is to support asset restructuring of Gansu Hualu Aluminum and promote company transformation and upgrading; fourth is to create conditions and boost the growth in Hexi area. In order to impel strategic cooperation, both parties will form a joint working group to coordinate and propel each work.
