    (China Aluminum Network) With the continuous development of die castings, aluminum profiles, automobile and household appliances, the demand of secondary aluminum will increased continuously. The secondary aluminum industry with broad developing prospects.


    According to the report that the secondary aluminum’s output was about 600 thousand tons in 2005, ranked top 2 in the world and only next to America, account 21.82% of the total world output. In 2006, China has produced 745 thousand tons of secondary aluminum and became the largest secondary aluminum producer, account 21.92% of the world output. In 2010, this figure has climbed to 4000 thousand tons increased 29% yoy.


    Owing to the increase of recycling awareness among consumers and the rise demand of secondary aluminum from automakers, the secondary aluminum will be the best choice for automobile manufacturers. But owing to the oversupply of auto aluminum market, the secondary aluminum industry may grow slowly in short term.
