Specifically speaking firstly is to build corundum production base to accelerate the cooperation between Bosai Group and Julong Power Grid, import production technology from America, and start the construction of 100 thousand ton corundum project as soon as possible. Secondly is to build new aluminum products processing and production base to speed up the construction of Chinalco’s SBL project, breakthrough the key link in high-purity alumina production and improve additional value of alumina largely. Thirdly is to realize full production of 1600 thousand tons alumina project to drive the construction of new aluminum magnesium circular economy base, propel the substantial cooperation with Hongqingda Company. Fourthly is to construct 2*35 kilo watts captive power plant to stimulate electrolytic aluminum production locally and extend industrial chain.
