Chinalco Shandong Aluminum Plant Implement ¡°Quality Month¡±

(China Aluminum Network) Since enter into September, Chinalco Shandong Branch’s aluminum processing plant took the opportunity of national “Quality Month” to emphasize efficiency supervision, conducted detailed analysis to each sector which affect the rate of finished products. The plant arranged persons at each weak link, carried out daily statistics, weekly assessment, and monthly summary to each working team; given motivation and restriction from the perspective of institutional to promote rate of finished products. Through efficiency supervision to motivate employee’s working enthusiasm, the rate of finished products showed a growing trend.
