150 Thousand Tons Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity May Open Soon

(China Aluminum Network) It is reported that Sinkiang Jiarun Aluminum may put another 150 thousand tons of electrolytic aluminum into production; the operation capacity will reach 300 thousand tons.

The company stated that production capacity of electrolytic aluminum will hit 300 thousand tons in October; the monthly output will reach 25 thousand tons. The captive power plant may finish at the end of this year.

The designed electrolytic aluminum production capacity was 1600 thousand tons; operation capacity was 150 thousand tons at the beginning of 2013.
