(China Aluminum Network) In recent days, Ningxia Energy Aluminum Ningdong Branch organized production testing of casting workshop, to find out new ways and new methods to improve aluminum ingots apparent mass.

Ningdong Aluminum Branch’s casting workshop conducted contrast tests that aluminum ingot apparent mass performances influenced by cooling while under different water conditions. The results achieved expectation, identified direction for further improvement of aluminum ingot apparent mass.

This casting workshop produces 300 thousand tons of remelting aluminum ingots every year. Since this year, the workshop boosted productive process delicacy management, exercised strict control over each technology parameter; gave advice and suggestions to improve products quality.
