Pinglu Alumina Project Started Construction

(China Aluminum Network) Jinjiang Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group 800 thousand tons alumina project has started construction at East Village, Shengrenjian Town; this project is the leading project in Pinglu County.

This large alumina project was constructed by Zhejiang Jinjiang Group and Henan Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group, is provincial “Two-region” (old revolutionary base area, old revolutionary base areas) project and provincial. The county affirmed this project is one of the 24 major projects in Pinglu County.

This project invested 4.2 billion Yuan, construction period 18 months, mainly build two 400 thousand tons alumina production lines, equipped with power station, gas station, mine field, Yellow River water pumping station and other ancillary facilities. After construction, the project can realize production value 3 billion Yuan, profit and tax 0.7 billion Yuan; also will stimulate the development of local mining, transportation, service and other related industries.
