2015 China Transportation Industry¡¯s Demand of Aluminum may Add to 5700 Thousand Tons

(China Aluminum Network) China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association (CNIA) said on the China Metals Seminar which was held in Hongkong, in 2015 China transportation industry’s demand of aluminum may up to 5700 thousand tons.

By the end of 2015, the consumption of aluminum in China auto industry was expected to reach 4,000 thousand tons per year and 1400 thousand tons for motorcycle and bicycle industry. Container and railway industry’s demand of aluminum may reach 120 and 80 thousand tons per year respectively.

The CNIA data show in 2007 China transportation industry’s demand of aluminum was only 1930 thousand tons, but id did not provided the data from 2012-2014.
