    Nanshan Aluminum May Invest 0.352 Billion Yuan to Build High-end Aluminum Profile Project

    (China Aluminum Network) Nanshan Aluminum (600219.SH) announced the company plans to make additional investment of 56200 thousand dollars to its wholly-owned subsidiary—Nanshan America Advanced Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., to proceed the second stage project of high-end aluminum alloy profiles factory. This project was invested 56200 thousand dollars totally (0.352 billion Yuan).


    This project newly added 120 thousand tons of aluminum alloy products, construction implementation scheduling may cost 1 year; the construction content includes purchasing casting production lines. This project will make full use of the existing complementary condition from available workshops and mills; needn’t add new lands and new buildings.


    Nanshan Aluminum stated that this project can take full advantage of America aluminum resource, increase the production capacity of aluminum bars. On the basis of self-sufficiency, to be superior aluminum alloy cast bars suppliers in North America. This project will not only help the company to obtain stable supply channel among resource strategy, but also can make better response to developed countries’ anti-dumping strategy.
