    Gongyi & Chinalco Signed Cooperation Agreement

    (China Aluminum Network) Gongyi government and Chinalco (601600) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to create hundreds of billions aluminum and aluminum precision processing base. According to the agreement, Gongyi will make use of Chinalco’s advantages in resource, talents, technology and fund to expand market further and promote industry transformation and upgrading.


    Gongyi possesses rich coal, aluminum ore, power resource and good aluminum processing industrial base. Chinalco is the world second largest alumina supplier, the third largest electrolytic aluminum supplier and the fifth aluminum fabrication products supplier, total assets more than 433.7 billion Yuan, ascend Fortune Global 500 for 5 consecutive years, provides with strong advantage in fund, technology, management and talents.


    The cooperation agreement between Gongyi government and Chinalco will accelerate the construction of coal-power-aluminum integration; improve industrial upgrade and structure optimization and adjustment; especially play a promoting role in the construction of hundreds of billions aluminum and aluminum precision processing base, as well as produced active impact on Chinalco’s strategy transition.
