Northwest Aluminum¡¯s 50MN Extruder Renovation Project Loaded Test Run Went Well

(China Aluminum Network) Through hundred days of hard work, the water change to oil project of Northwest Aluminum’s 50MN extruder has entered into loaded test run on 10^th, May. Through testing of equipment and parameter determination, now the loaded test run has came to the end, equipment’s each performance all achieved contract requirements.

At present, installation engineering technicians were conducted further optimizing to the equipment’s self-control procedure together with extrusion plant, to realize whole process automation control of the equipment. This project will largely reduce labor intensity, improve the quality of products and labor productivity. The success of this project has certainly laid a solid foundation for realization of designed production after reform.
