Xinjiang Electrolytic Aluminum Capacity Will Hit 3700 Thousand Tons

(China Aluminum Network) In recent years, northwest district electrolytic aluminum industry was developed rapidly; Xinjiang will be the new market focus. According to the data, 2010-2012, electrolytic aluminum capacity in Xinjiang will rise from 500 thousand ton/year to 1800 thousand ton/year, the growing rate over 300%. In 2013, with the improvement of enterprise supporting facility, the development speed of Xinjiang electrolytic aluminum capacity rank forefront among the nation wide. In 2013 it may hit around 3700 thousand tons, increased 106% yoy.
The newly added electrolytic aluminum output may about 2,400 thousand tons in 2013, increased 33% yoy.
