    Miao Wei Came to Chinalco Guizhou Branch

    (China Aluminum Network) In the company of Wu Yong, deputy secretary general of Guizhou province government and Li Bao the director of Guizhou Province Economic and Information Commission, Miao Wei who is the minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Department came to Chinalco Guizhou Branch conducted investigation to its electrolytic aluminum factory.


    They visited company’s 4th electrolytic aluminum workshop and 2nd casting workshop, listened the introduction of company’s development history, reformation and production and management, learned details of company’s electrolytic aluminum output, processing equipment condition, power consumption level and ore resources. During the investigation, Miao Wei said Guizhou possessed rich bauxite and coal resources, should integrated coal-power-aluminum to realize sustainable and sound development of aluminum industry. He emphasized that should accelerate industrial transformation and upgrade, change the economic development mode. To improve industry quality through technical progress and quality brand; to boost company’s sustainable development capacity by energy conservation and emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources, pay more attention to information technology application, reduce production cost and promote competitive capacity of enterprise.
