China's Chalco to issue 3 bln yuan worth of 365 day debt

Aluminum Corp of China Ltd (Chalco) said it plans to issue 3 bln yuan of 365-day debt on July 9.

In a statement published on the official Chinabond.com website, the company said the yield will be set via book-building on that day.

The proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.

Bank of Communications and Agricultural Bank of China are the underwriters for the issue.
