Dong Yangguang Aluminum Plans to Expand Aluminum Foil Production Line

(China Aluminum Network) Dong Yangguang Aluminum raised less than 1 billion Yuan to expand high specific volume corrosion foil production line and mesohigh formed foil production line.

Total newly added 88 corrosion foil production lines, after this project put into production the sales revenue can reach near 1.12 billion Yuan every year and net margin 0.164 billion Yuan. The investment internal rate of return was about 20.13%; pay back period was about 7.04 year.

The newly added formed foil production capacity was to create 72 production lines and public ancillary works. After put into production, the annual sales revenue was about 1.47 billion Yuan and net margin 0.155 billion Yuan. The investment internal rate of return was about 30.51%; pay back period was about 4.78 year.

The announcement pointed out that through this issue the company will further integrated industrial chain, to make upstream and downstream products closer, to reduce cost and improve profitability.
