Yankuang Light Alloy Company Trial-produced Hollow Round Ingot Casting

(China Aluminum Network) Recently Light Alloy Company casting workshop through one month’s scientific research brainstorm and process adjustment, has trial-produced the domestic largest hollow round ingot casting successfully.

It is learned that these ingot casting was produced by domestic 50 tons cast production line, external diameter and inner diameter was 814mm and 269mm respectively, which was the largest hollow round ingot casting in domestic. This workshop based on high starting point and orientation, concentrated on the study and trial-production of high-value-added products, marched towards blank area in aluminum casting industry, has researched and developed 7 series hard alloy and square ingot conducting rod successfully, laid a solid foundation for company’s further research and development of high-end products and expansion of domestic and foreign markets.
