    Chalieco First Oversea Contract Alumina Project Go Into Operation

    (China Aluminum Network) Chalieco announced its first oversea EPC contract alumina project in Lam Dong, Vietnam has went into operation in recent days, the planned annual production capacity was 650 thousand tons.


     


    The company said although inland was the world largest aluminum producer and consumer, the supply and demand volume occupied more than 40% of the total volume, owing to insufficient raw material supply to expand oversea market was a must for nonferrous metals engineering industry.


     


    Besides Vietnam, the company also looking for cooperation chances with Venezuela, Wu Yuejin who is the vice president has arrived and conducted negotiation for the upcoming project recently, exchanged views on alumina, electrolytic aluminium and aluminum processing project.
