Chinalco Shandong Branch Signed Supply Contract With A German Company

(China Aluminum Network) It was the first time for Chinalco Shandong Branch’s aluminum products manufacturing plant to sign an overseas supply contract with a German company. The German company’s main production market needs large number of aluminum engine parts. This contract will further optimize the product mix of Chinalco Shandong Branch, improve company’s brand image in international market.

The contract between Shandong Branch and German company highlighted some end-user manufacturers in Europe was about to obtain raw material from China. Though LME against SHFE’s price arbitrage was adverse to China aluminum export, semi-finished product manufacturers can enjoy 13% of export rebates which was offered by the government.
