TGC Passed Aluminum Alloy Electric Cable Project Proposal

(China Aluminum Network) In 2013 TGC held the first temporary general meeting of stockholders on 24^th January, through discussion has passed the proposal of annual production of 5,000 km aluminum alloy electric cable project. The company planned to use part of super raise funds and own funds about 0.11 billion yuan to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongguang Qiangneng. All the funds will used in the construction of 5,000 km aluminum alloy electric cable project. After capital increase, Tongguang Qiangneng’s registered capital will reach 323,845 thousand yuan.
