12 Percent Soar on Alminum Price Due To Rise of Coal Cost Cext Year

According to the report by UBS on Monday, rise of coal cost will lead to increase of electric power cost, which will cause the soar on the cost of aluminum production. It is predicted that the aluminum price will be 12 percent higher next year. 

    It is predicted by analyst of UBS that prevision of aluminum cannot meet the great demand from the market with a lack of 20000 tons in this year and the next. The aluminum price can reach to 3150 dollars/ton this year and 3525 dollars/ton in 2009.

  Lack of electric power will restrain the growth of metal output and meanwhile contribute to decline of aluminum provision. Besides, it put some small smelting factories in great danger, which also decrease the provision of aluminum.
