How to improve the pre-treatment of aluminum products well

Aluminum product is widely used in automobile, building, etc. In hence, it is significant and important for enterprises to improve the quality of aluminum products. It is really unsteady in the air; which could generate the oxide film indiscernible. Doe to the different methods of aluminum processing, there will be various states in the surface. We should choose the correct and suitable methods to pre-treat according to the real conditions.
In the pre-treat processing, we should pay attention to the cast parts. It is not all the parts processed by mechanical workout. Those could be left thick oxide film even sand layer in the casting period. We should first get rid of the original film with mechanical or spraying ways. Or we could use alkali cleaning.
In the finishing, we should pay attention to much greasy. We should use Organic solvents to clean it out. If we use alkali cleaning, not only the greasy can not be washed out, but also it can not stand the alkali corrosion. Finally, it will become waste.
