Bosai Minerals leads the world in Calcined Bauxite and Brown Fused Alumina in 10 years

Bosai Minerals Group Co., Ltd., established in 1994 by Yuan Zhilun, is a privately owned comprehensive Group of companies having businesses covering industrial minerals manufacturing and international trading. The main products are metallurgical Alumina, Aluminum, Brown Fused Alumina, Calcined Bauxite, Coke and Coal.

After going through the antidumping investigation for Bauxite and Brown Fused Alumina in Europe, Yuan Zhilun adjusted his main business from European market to Japan and India. With profound professional knowledge and rich experience from long-term engaging in international trade of non-ferrous metals, his frequent flying among foreign customers, Yuan Zhilun obtained a number of international clients for long-term cooperation.

After turning the corner, Yuan Zhilun decided to extend his business in Alumina. Through building and enlarging factories and management buyout, the scale of Bosai Minerals is enlarged continuously. The Calcined Bauxite and Brown Fused Alumina produced by Bosai accounted for the half of the industry among the similar products in China.

In Dec. of 2006, Yuan Zhilun paid 60 mln for purchasing 40%-share bauxite mining rights in Guyana Omai Bauxite Mining, which increased the sale price by one time.

At the beginning of the year, the output and export volume of Calcined Bauxite and Brown Fused Alumina has been No. 1 in the world.
