Chinalco Shanghai Copper Company Rolling Copper Foil Made Dramatic Breakthrough

(China Aluminum Network) Recently, Chinalco Shanghai Copper Company’s copper foil products trial production has made dramatic breakthrough. Through the improvement of cover annealing furnace burdening and exploring of annealing process, solved the problem of copper foil annealing at soft state. At the same time, through improved the quality of grinder roll, refined production and related productive technology solved pinhole, pit and soft cut during copper foil production. This move reached obvious improvement, especially the pinhole and pit. At present, trial production of sample 0.045mm, 0.027mm and 0.018mm soft foil have finished, the samples were recognized by users, could conducted short run production.
