Ningdong Aluminum Branch Anode Production Proceeded Orderly

(China Aluminum Network) Ningdong Aluminum Branch anode production system enhanced equipment control, strengthen productive technology to ensure stable productive process and production.

The branch organized anode production run analysis meeting each week, conduct assessment to each production quota and insist on improving production technology index. Production Technology Department and Anode Plants appointed professionals to proceed key technical data control and equipment running condition inspection of production processes. Each workshop reinforced the routine attention, maintainance and point inspection of equipments, ensured  equipment safe operation, developed technological parameter optimizing and stabilized production process control.

From January to October produced 164, 157 and 258 thousand pieces of raw, roasting and assembling block respectively, finished annual plan of 85.6%¡¢82.3% and 73.7%. The appearance qualified rate of raw and roasting block was 99.72% and 99.88%, 0.37% and 0.23% higher than the desired value.
