Anhui Developed Aluminum Wheel Hub Project

(China Aluminum Network) It is learned that Xicheng Circular Economy Industrial Park’s electrombile wheel hub automatic production line has developed successfully in recent days.

Tsinghua University Foundry Lab together with Beijing Xin Fang Zun Foundry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. adopted numerical modeling, digital detection, intelligent control and other technology means has developed metal mold gravity casting automatic production line, realized daily production of 1500-2000 pieces of electrombile wheel hubs. This production line surpassed traditional manual casting skill, performance also better than imported equipments.

This industrial park also included: 2000 thousand pieces of aluminum alloy die-casts auto parts, annual production of 30 thousand tons construction aluminum profiles, 50 thousand tons aluminum plate, 30 thousand tons aluminum foil, 10 thousand tons special aluminum alloy profile and 30 thousand tons aluminum casting alloy round ingot.

It was one of the seven City Minerals demonstration bases in China, every year Jieshou can recycle 3000 thousand tons of varied waste and scrap commodities, while 100 thousand tons for copper, 200 thousand tons for aluminum and 150 thousand tons for varied aluminum ingots.
