Fushun Aluminum Renovation Project Started Full Operation

(China Aluminum Network) The second stage renovation project of Fushun Aluminum was listed in the renovation plan since 2003.

After joined in Chinalco in 2006, head quarter launched this project, removed all 60KA self-roasting electrolyzer in the factory which was installed in last century, adopted SY350KA which was energy conservation, efficient, stable and environmental, solved pollution problem thoroughly. Owing to the impact of financial crisis this project was divided into two stages, the first stage was finished on 23rd, Nov. 2009, the second stage was recovered in Apr. 2011, started at the beginning of this year.

On 26th, Aug., No. 3106# electrolyzer launched successfully, electrolyzers of second stage renovation project has started full operation. Company’s annual primary aluminum output has realized 300 thousand tons. This project’s subitem will finish at the end of Nov.
