Energy-saving Evaluation of Guangyin Aluminum Civil Aluminum Profile Project Approved

(China Aluminum Network) Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved the report of 150000 tons of energy-saving of civil aluminum profile Jiangxi Guangyin Aluminum Company.  

Its main construction content is to build production workshop, warehouse, and matched production and living facilities; its main consuming equipment: extrusion machine, straightening machine, and tractor, etc.

This project is mainly applied in new products, such as aluminum alloy door and window, glass curtain wall, aluminum plate wall, clip, building truss, etc. The process craft includes extrusion and mould.

The main consuming process: extrusion and mould production. Energy consumption includes electrical power, natural gas, and fresh water. The comprehensive energy consumption is 30065.64 tons coal(equivalent value).  Annual consumption of electricity is 42340000 KWh, which is equivalent to 14141.56 tons coal. Annual consumption of natural gas is 11960000 cubic meter, which is equivalent to 15906.80 tons coal. Annual consumption of fresh water is 201600 tons equivalent to 17.28 tons coal.  

The project is Jiangxi Fubei Industrial Park.
