SHIKY & SWA Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

(China Aluminum Network) Xi'an XD Switchgear Electric Co.,Ltd (SHIKY ) & Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., Ltd (SWA) has signed a material purchasing strategic cooperation agreement, both parties also has signed two purchasing contracts in order to carry the cooperation into effect soon.

SHIKY and SWA are the leading enterprises in its own manufacture field, they represent the advanced manufacturing technology and manufacturing capability. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will help to develop both parties’ supply and demand superiority in aluminum alloy material.

According to the agreement, SHIKY will provide switchgear products aluminum alloy material purchasing market to SWA, besides the purchasing of broad board, will add narrow boards and bars, at the same time will open the aluminum alloy material purchasing channel for China XD Group. SWA is going to offer China XD Group products with good quality and competitive price. With the joint if two state-owned enterprises will further improve their products’ market competitiveness, strengthen both parties’ ability to against the impact of global financial crisis, promote development and realize win-win.
