Aleris Dingsheng Aluminium (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd Gets 1.197 Billion RMB Loan

(China Aluminium Network) A bank consortium formed by Bank of China Zhenjiang Branch, Agricultural Bank Zhenjiang Branch and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhenjiang Branch signed a 1.197 billion RMB syndicated loan agreement with Aleris Dingsheng Aluminium (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd on its high-strength aluminium alloy plate project.
According to the company’s officer, the loan fund will be used in plant construction, equipment purchase and used as the company’s working capital. The company is conducting its equipment installation work now. It is expected that the project would come into operation at the end of the year.
Bank of China Zhenjiang Branch held that this agreement was a triumph achieved by the municipal party committee and municipal government which would help the development of the local economy.
