    Zhejiang Youbang Aluminium Invests 6 Million RMB in Building Natural Gas Station

    (China Aluminium Network) Zhejiang Youbang Aluminium Co., Ltd has invested 6 million RMB in building a liquefied natural gas station. The main part of the project and pipe network laying have been finished recently. Youbang Aluminium will say goodbye to fuel oil and begin to use natural gas for clean production.


    Youbang Aluminium specializes in producing aluminium products and semi-products with annual output value above 100 million RMB. The big market demand has greatly increased production. Youbang uses 3 tons industrial oils each day which has caused much smog emission and substandard environmental detection.


    Residents around Youbang Aluminium have complained the company’s emission. However, Youbang has decided to establish a natural gas station after market investigation and invest capital in equipment upgrading including transforming smelting furnace, heat furnace.


    General Manager of Youbang Zhang Liangyou says the new fuels will increase cost by 7% to 8%. But in consideration of environmental impact and the company’s long-term development, he still chooses the natural gas.
