(China Aluminium Network) Valin Ly Steel purchased 60 tons aluminium wire through E-commerce platform Holdsteel.com. Holdsteel.com now covers various function modules such as procurement catalogue management, supplier management, procurement deal management, procurement supervision, purchase orders, etc.

Valin Ly Steel expressed that Holdsteel.com created a fair procurement environment by making use of E-purchasing platform system.
