Minfa Aluminium Invests 52 Million RMB to Establish Joint Venture Subsidiary

(China Aluminium Network) Fujian Minfa Aluminium Inc. made an announcement about its joint-stock subsidiary on August 10.
According to the announcement, Minfa Aluminium Minfa will jointly set up Jiangxi Minfa Technology Co., Ltd with natural persons Huang Jinchao and Wang Xinfa. Minfa will invest 52 Million RMB which occupies 52% of registered capital. The Board of Directors has passed this proposal.
The business scope of the joint venture will include: R&D, production and sales of new materials related construction aluminium products; logistics distribution and product display for small and medium-sized enterprises; office and life support.
The joint venture will help Minfa to improve its industrial chain and company strategic layout, advance its high-end technology and enhance its profitability.
