Vertical Oxidation Production Line of Huachang Aluminum Factory Started Trial-production

(China Aluminum Network) The automatic vertical oxidation production line of Guangdong Huachang Aluminum Factory obtained successful trial-production under the spot guidance of Manager Pan, will put into production within a couple of days.

The vertical production line was imported from Japan adopted the most advanced surface treatment technology, used computer automatic control system, reduced man-made interference during productive process. The improvement of automaticity was good for the stable of product quality and technological conditions. Furthermore, adopted single-end stuffing to replace both ends stuffing has laid foundation for the improvement of quality and production. This production line equipped with advanced sewage backflow purification treatment system, 70% of the industrial wastewater received cyclic utilization, realized energy conservation and emission reduction.

The annual production capacity can reaches 3500 tons after put into production, will largely improve the factory’s production capacity, meet market demands and promote company's market competitiveness.
