BEIJING, June 5 (Reuters) - Jinchuan Group Ltd, the largest nickel miner in China, has suspended a plan to list all its assets, citing changed market conditions.
"In light of changes in the capital markets, in December the Jinchuan Group already halted its capital raising and shareholding reform. The board will decide when the time is appropriate to resume the work," Jinchuan said in a statement dated late on June 3.
A Jinchuan executive had said in October that the company planned to list all its assets, including its copper, cobalt and precious metals mines and smelters, through an initial public offering.
