Aluminum Fluoride Price May Down Further

(China Aluminum Network) Domestic aluminum fluoride price may reduced 100-200 yuan/ton in Aug, now the main transaction price was 7900-8300 yuan/ton. Moreover, several enterprises said the production capacity in July was just 50%.

According to SMM the production status of aluminum fluoride enterprises in Henan, Shandong and guangxi still under pressure since low aluminum fluoride price, they cut the aluminum fluoride price to 7900-8300 yuan/ton, operated half capacity, corporate profit margins was shrinked further.

Someone stated the annual aluminum fluoride production for this factory was 60 thousand tons, in  order to respond price decline, reduce stock and control output now just ran with 30 thousand tons production capacity, even though aluminum fluoride price still will down further in short term.

It is learned that many domestic large-scale aluminum fluoride enterprises shut down together for  a month to answer the decreasing price. After entered into July, the idled capacity may recovery. It was difficult to contain the decreasing aluminum fluoride price, now market supply was abundant but the price was not optimistic.

In terms of future market price, an enterprise principal said weak spot aluminum price and heavy losses for aluminum enterprises limited the raw material price, so will cause pressure to the over supply aluminum fluoride market and will keep the status quo for short term.
