(China Aluminum Network) Chinalco Shandong Huayu Aluminum&Power Co., Ltd took business transformation as turning point, always regarded stable production as the preceding condition, considered “reduce comprehensive alternating current consumption, power supply raw coal consumption of aluminum products and improve anode output, generator unit running rate” as the main development direction. Through organized full capacity and maximum production, enhanced low voltage operation management, small index contest and application and dissemination of “201” project technology, then ensured stable production and continuous improvement of index. From Jan. to Jun. they produced 108.7 thousand tons of aluminum products increased 2.98% yoy; primary aluminum liquid current efficiency improved 1.2%, alternating current consumption of primary aluminum liquid reduced 141kwh/t yoy, comprehensive alternating current consumption of aluminum products reduced 107kwh/t yoy, unit consumption of alumina, fluoride salt and carbon anode decreased 5.4kg/t, 3.6kg/t and 10kg/t respectively yoy. Each main electrolysis production indexes all created the highest level.
