Vice Chairman of Taizhou Trade Union Visits GKO Aluminium Co., Ltd

(China Aluminium Network) Vice Chairman of Taizhou Trade Union Xu Qulong visited GKO Aluminium Co., Ltd on July 24. The aim of the visit was to investigate the company’s enterprise trade union construction and staff salary negotiation.
Xu talked with GKO’s trade union chairman and representatives of workers. He also had a deep understanding to the company’s production and management and collective negotiation on staff salary. He pointed out that company’s development was closely related to international and domestic economy, the company should overcome difficulties and realize rational development. He asked the company’s trade union to coordinate well between the company and employees and advance its staff salary collective negotiation system to realize win-win development. He also asked the trade union to help employees solve actual difficulties and establish harmonious labor relation.
